ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Portal: Experience is committed to making its website and live event accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability. We strive to ensure that everyone-visitors, partners, guests, and staff-can experience and enjoy everything The Portal has to offer.

1. Website Accessibility

We aim to follow the best practices and standards defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our website is designed to be:

  • Compatible with screen readers
  • Structured with clear headings and alt text for images

The Portal: Experience will be hosted at the Complejo Ferial de Puerto Rico in Ponce, a venue that is ADA-compliant and designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. Accessibility accommodations at the event include:

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms
  • Reserved seating for guests with mobility challenges
  • Assistance from trained staff or volunteers upon request
  • Priority access lines for select activities (where available)
