Welcome to Competitor Exclusive Pass

The Competitor Exclusive Pass is mandatory for all participants in official tournaments at The Portal: Experience 2025. This pass grants access to tournament areas and allows players to compete in their registered competition.

Pass Types

  • Day 1 Competitor Pass (Saturday, November 1)
  • Day 2 Competitor Pass (Sunday, November 2)
Tournaments by Day
Day 1 - Saturday:
  • PowerPlay: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (64 players)
  • Beyblade: 48 players (Ranked WBO Tournament)
  • Deck Arena: Pokemon TCG (60 players)
  • Mecha Master: Competition begins (continues into Sunday)
  • PowerPlay: Mario Kart World (32 players)
  • Beyblade: 48 players (Ranked WBO Tournament)
  • Deck Arena: Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG (30 players) and One Piece TCG (30 players)
  • Mecha Master: Awards Ceremony and final judging

1. Register on Start.gg - Select your tournament and complete free registration.

2. Confirmation Email - Includes instructions and a link to purchase the Competitor Exclusive Pass.

3. Purchase Pass - You must buy the pass for the correct day of your tournament within 72 hours.

4. Event Check-in - Show your pass confirmation (digital or printed) at the tournament check-in desk.

– Cannot register for Yu-Gi-Oh! and One Piece simultaneously
– Must accept Deck Arena Attendee Agreement

  • Start: 12:00 PM (~3 hours each day)
  • Requirements: 3 Beyblades (rental $5)
  • Format: Single Elimination, WBO Deck, Best of 3
  • Prizes: 1st: $50 + Trophy, 2nd: $30 + Trophy, 3rd: $20 + Trophy
  • Registration: Start.gg link; choose Day 1 or Day 2 pass accordingly
