1. Event Tickets
All ticket sales are **final and non-refundable**.
Tickets may be **transferred to another attendee** if requested at least 7 days before the event.
In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, venue closure, or public safety regulations, ticket holders will be notified and may receive a full or partial refund or credit toward a future edition.
2. Merchandise Sales
Merchandise purchases are **non-refundable**, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item to be eligible for an exchange.
All items must be returned unused and in original condition.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are **non-refundable** once the order has been processed and shipped.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, a re-shipping fee will apply.
4. Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., downloads, exclusive access) are **final** and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Canceling Orders
If you wish to cancel a merchandise order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.
