Event: The Portal: Experience 2026

Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Canvas Chronicles is a live thematic painting showcase within The Portal: Experience, where selected artists create an original artwork live during the event based on an official theme provided by the organization.

Important information before applying:

• Slots for this experience are very limited per day.
• Submitting this application does not guarantee selection.
• Selected artists will be contacted directly by the event team.
• Selected participants may receive benefits such as their artwork being featured in promotional materials, and on-site interviews may be conducted during the event.
• Artists may participate alone or with one support person.
• If a support person is present, their main role must be to support the artist during the showcase.
• Artists should be prepared to briefly interact with attendees and explain their work if requested.
• Spray paint or any material/process that may affect guests, staff, or the venue will not be allowed.
• Basic painting materials may be supported by the Official Partner, but artists must bring all additional materials needed to complete their work.
• The final artwork created during the event will remain with event production for archive, exhibition, and future event-related/promotional display purposes.

Recognition Notice:
Although Canvas Chronicles is not a traditional competition, selected works may be recognized through special awards, including:

• Canvas Chronicles Distinction Award
• Canvas Chronicles Vision Award

Awards may include recognition items, trophies, certificates, or additional benefits determined by event production.
