Each participating artist will be assigned a 10'x5' booth space within Imaginarium and will receive two exhibitor badges, one 6-foot table, and one chair as part of their participation.

Artists must provide their own branded or professionally styled tablecloth, along with any decorative or visual display elements they wish to incorporate into their booth presentation, provided all materials remain within event guidelines.

Booth Assignment

Booth spaces within Imaginarium are assigned exclusively by the event production team.

Each space will be assigned based on the event layout, product category, and overall placement strategy to ensure a cohesive flow and the best experience for exhibitors and attendees.

Your assigned booth location and space number will be provided by our team prior to the event, along with setup instructions, load-in schedule, and operational guidelines in a separate email.
